Every woman deserves the opportunity to learn, grow and build a better future.
Your support helps Shemica Women Empowerment provide women and youth with practical digital and business skills, access to technology, mentorship and opportunities that can help them turn their potential into meaningful livelihoods.

Where the money goes
88 percent of every donation goes directly to training: trainers, materials, equipment, venue and internet. Administration is kept to 12 percent.

If you work in design, development, marketing, AI, finance or business, you already have everything a class needs.

- Four hours a week for the length of one cohort, which is 6 weeks.
- What we provide
- Curriculum, venue, equipment and a coordinator to support you.
- Other roles
- Mentor a graduate, run a one off masterclass, review portfolios, do mock interviews, or help with admin and photography.
